DESPERATE TELKOM

WHY charge us a reconnection fee for a landline we DO NOT use and have then suspended our Fibre service over said fee over freaking R446 SERIOUSLY!!!!! We didn't get a courtesy call, an email or a text message about this looming suspension. That's what we get for over 5 years of loyal service! Spoke to an uninspiring clown in billings who seriously needs to try yoga!
