Desperate customer
Good day. I am a pensioner that has a mobile data contract on my router. Due to having to move my router does not work in rural areas and Telkom wny change or cancel the contract for another without having to pay R12980 penalties which I cannot afford. If they convert the contract to an ALL Inclusive Data package Telkom will still get its revenue, keep a customer and get customer satisfaction. Surely this will be a win all!!! Spoke to many people at Telkom today and they are not interested. Does anyone have a solution for me?

13 Nov 2019, 19:35Telkom has not bothered to respond to this issue. I was in Polokwane today and thought I would try once more. Mario Vermeulen was very understanding and most helpful. Paid +-R680 instead of R12980 and cancelled 2 contracts. Why lie? Today Telkom lost 2 customers and 2 contracts. Another contract soon. Went to Vodacom next door and got new contracts. Thanks Mario. If Telkom had more people like you I most probably would have stayed.
