Desperate - cannot work from home - Telkom keeps cancelling my logged query

I am desperate.... I am trying to work from home but I cannot as my fibre ONT box is blown (struck by lightning). I have logged 2 queries with Telkom, each time they close my query as resolved when it has not been resolved at all. I cannot work without wifi and DESPERATELY need help - Telkom is not contactable Please can someone contact me!! My 2 reference numbers are ***4 and ***6
