"Deposit" still not paid back

<p>I had a very bad service with Telkom, i took out a contract with them in November they immediately deducted R499 to see if the account is active beginning of Dec they deducted more that the contract amount, when I asked them why they told me it’s the prorate for Nov and they will pay back the deposit, we at the end Of Jan and they still haven’t contacted me nor did they pay back my money, Frankly Telkom you can take both my contracts and stuff them where the sun don’t shine. This is the worst service I received in years!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
