Deposit Refund problem

Telkom deposit refund problems. I cancelled my Telkom line and paid my final account in full (without deducting my deposit). Since then I have sent numerous emails to *** and ***. I also tried to file a dispute online, but I was unable to. I am yet to receive a reply from Telkom to any of my emails.
