Deposit refund

So a few weeks ago I wanted to order an ADSL Line. Everything goes well but before the order is done they say I have to pay a R 700 deposit before they can complete my order. SO I drive to the Telkom shop at clearwater to make the deposit. Cool everything is great, 2 days later i phone to follow up on when the line is going to be switched on? Then they tell me there is no ADSL ports available. I had a line there previously and everything is still in place, and why could they not tell me that before. So I ask if I can get my deposit back. Yes sir no problem just go to the store and they will give it back, so I go to the store and they say no they have to raise a dispute first. Ok so lets raise a dispute, phone today and I get told the dispute has been rejected??? Telkom is first to stand ready when you have to pay your deposit and everything but now that I want my deposit back it is a whole mission.. I f this is not resolved soon I will take my telkom mobile account and everything away from Telkom.
