Deposit paid and after 3 Months still nothing!!!

<p>I app**** for an ADSL line in December, paid the deposit required on the 6th of January. The technitian came out on the 6th of February, saw that the tellephone pole was not stable and LEFT. I have phoned numerous times, tried to escalate the problem to all the supervisors, but with every call, the supervisor is always too busy to talk to me. Even if I am willing to stay on the line and hold for another half an hour. It has been alsmost 3 months now, and NOTHING!!! DO they not want or need new business? How difficult is it to replant the pole, which is still perfect and connect my ADSL line? I am extremely dissatified and dissapointed. This is a nes line, a potential new customer? Does this company not care at all?</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
