Deposit not refunded

<p>On the 10th of Febuary 2016 I signed up for an adsl line. I was instructed to pay a R700-00 deposit on the line due to me being under debt counsilling and was assured it would be paid back to me when the account was closed. I have closed my account but still have not recieved my deposit back, been able to find someone at telkom who knows how to get it back or been contacted by telkom for a refund</p>
