Deplorable Service from Telkom

Telkom is absolutely deplorable! There are few words that I can use to express my displeasure but deplorable is one of them. I doubt that Management will ever get back to me and so whether they do or they don't may they be reminded that your Telkom's service is to us the customers and that the least you could do if there is a problem with an order is to contact your customer and inform them, not make them wait almost a month, not let them speak to upward of 10 consultants, allow them to describe their issue numerous times at half an hour a piece, take hundreds of notes to leave on the system for the next person who never so much as spends their precious 5 minutes to actually read and resolve the issue. Not a single soul from this gargantuan telecoms company picked up the phone to update me on the problems that arose from my order. If this monopoly truly has this level of disregard and level of control then quite honestly we are at a loss as a nation. And even more so, we are out of pocket for our funds have dried up whilst we wait in vain for a National Service Provider that though our Rands fund them do not care a single ounce. May this complaint find the upper echelons and may it receive the attention it deserves.
