deplorable customer service - TELKOM

I am trying to assist my Mum to either convert, upgrade or some form of EXCELLECT assistance with her current Telkom services. I did speak to a Telkom agent about a month ago, he was so uninterested and did not bother to even provide proper advise or assistance. He had a DONT CARE ATTITUDE! Not interested in retaining a GOOD CURRENT customer!

Do we cancel? will be the best as Telkom's customer service is beyond good service.
