Denying us our constitutional rights.

I have a few prepaid numbers that my sales guys use to call prospects, for services that we offer. However, it seems that any competitor or disgruntled staff can meliciously report whatever reason, and Telkom without any forethought or consequence can just disable the ability of my company and employees to do work to put food on our tables.

Telkom before just denying access to communicate and earn a living, advise us of our accusers, so that we don't have to go through your laborious process of gaining access to what is rightly embodied in our constitution.
