Denying my right to a Service

No phone line and ADSL since the 24th January 2016, A call was logged and they said that the cables were ****** and that they would fix the problem. After logging another fault I decide to phone them 10210 on the 29th January, by now its 6 days without service, I get told that my area is considered high risk and that apparently the cables have been ****** thrice but this is the 1st time that we have been affected. Apparently its too expensive for Telkom to come and fix the cables. Telkom is so quick to fix problems in affluent areas but my area is considered high risk, How disrespectful and discriminating. I send messages on there facebook page asking them to fix it and I kept on being told that a Tech team is on it and they would provide feedback. They even relogged the fault 115BWK290116 and telling me that as soon as a Tech team is available they would come out. And now this morning they say that they cant give me time on repairs. What angers me is that I have devices that needs the internet, my daughter schoolwork, my husband work. There is no other alternative for us to use. We need the cables faxed I need my ADSL line to work. So Telkom what Now?
