Denying Customers to cancel their contracts

My Contract with Telkom is finished...yet i want to cancel everything i dont want their data and I don't want them to debit me anymore, but they dont want to cancel it picking their phone on that department...ive held for 47 min and an 1 hr on different occasions...i regret the day i knew this company. Can anyone help me
