Denied wifi

<p>im from joburg, GP so i went down to middelburg, MP. Im a telkom prepaid customer and i walk in to the middelburg mall to do some eye shopping, come across telkom shop i walk in sit down n switch on my wifi on my phone to use my wifi bundles that i have purchased (which come bundled with the free me data) ladywalks up to me n asks if i can assist i tell her no im good she walks away into those backrooms, suddenly im no longer connected(at this point i think its my device) i restart my phone and try again but no "1 telkom connect" wifi so another lady (im saying Lady because they have no name tags,or i did not look properly) walks out and asks if she can assist and now since my device is not connecting i say yes with the wifi, and she clearly says "the telkom people have switched it off" which i ask when are they gonna swith it on she responds with "i dont know and the shop is for walk in clients not people to sit n use wifi, if u want to use it u have to stand outside" and she said its a long story but its always been like that.</p>
