Denied discounted upgrade contract

April I was due for a contract upgrade & requested an upgrade of 40gb day & 40gb midnight which was advertised at R349 per month. I was told the offer was for the month of March and it is no longer available in April & and I took the same deal at R379.

About two days later, Telkom sent an sms offering the same deal at R349 for the month of April and I feel cheated because I had requested the deal and they said it is not on the offer for the month of April. I would like my package to be taken to R349 instead of R379.
