Dell inspiron mifi router R599

i wanted the dell deal for r599 a month with the telkom mifi Router for R599.The sales person told me it would take 24 hours.. i app**** on the wednesday. I went in everyday to enquire just to be told uts not yet approved. Finaly i get a message on the monday i can collect the deal is approved. When the consultant took out the router it was a usd modem and not mifi router i app**** for on the deal. When i complained about it the lady said they dont have the router , they will probably never get the router so i must take the deal as is or leave it. I didnt want to deal with telkom becouse i heard how bad the service is and this is now a testament on how bad the client service is. And now i have to apply by a different compeitor who has to do another credit application for me lowering my credit score. Really not impressed and cross
