DELIVERY WITH A MISSING ITEM.

I took a cell phone contract with Telkom around July 2021.The device was delivered but was not happy as there was an item missing (earphones ).

I have wasting airtime ,consulting with different people regarding the issue and i haven't been assisted till to date.I expected a top tier customer service from them because i have been a loyal customer for years now.

i am very disappointed with the services rendered and even thinking of changing my service provider.
