DELIVERY TIMES!!!!

This is the first time I'm going with telkom, and this is, reduiclious!! I ordered an iPhone XR on the 23th of last month everything went thru but since then no communication. My order is stuck in "checking warehouse for stock"!!!. It is stuck like this for almost 3 days. Can someone please assist me!!!!!
