Delivery takes more than a month!!

Yoooo ay such a bad service it's been over a month since waiting for me my order, a laptop Dell i5, why advertising a product when you don't have a stock available?? I'm thinking of canceling this order now I needed this laptop like real quick I expected it to be delivered in store in less than 5 days at least that is what the consultant promised and when I called the store they said they don't have a laptop in all Telkom stores!! They gonna change my laptop to HP i3, I don't want HP I want Dell I am a pro Dell user!! Please solve this issue I waited tooo long I'm loosing my patience
