Delivery of goods after cancelling service

I cancelled my order the day after I placed it. A while later I received an sms my order is being processed. I contacted Telkom via Facebook to be told they can't pick it up. A few days later I receive another sms that my products is being dispatched to my address. I again contact Telkom via Facebook and the respondent confirms receipt . Today I have the package delivered to me and given to a 3rd party at my residence. I am not paying a cent to Telkom. They must collect their products.
