Delivery of a device... Not recieved but I have be

We took outta contract the money was deducted on December already it is now the 7 January and the delivery has still not been recieved of the device sell city is the company bit they don't answer there phones there is no one in the office either telkom shud use another company or this was some kind of **** as this is simply ridiculous
