Delivering the phone to the wrong address!

<p>The sales person thinks that I am 24-7 at the same address. I told her that I am a travelling person (that is why I need a MOBILE phone). She then told me that Telkom will send me an SMS with the courier's details as soons as my application was approved so that I can arrange a time and address with the couriers for the delivery.</p> <p> </p> <p>Guess what? My application is approved but no SMS! The first call cener agent simply transferred me back to the IVR. The second call center agent does not answer the phone. You are a communications company for crying out loud! The call center is absolutely useless, hence I am back on Hellopeter.</p>
