Deliver my damn phone

I've spoken to 3 or 4 different agents today (18th of March) and every time I get the phone dropped in my ear.

I need the phone to be redelivered to my new address, why is this so damn hard?

You've been charging me for for the past two months for a device I haven't even seen. You have no problem taking my money but refuse to help me.
