Delisting and paid up later

im Depressed ive been a Telkom costumer and my contract expired and I’ve been requesting for delisting and paid up later for 2 months now and they just tell me that I should call after 14 if I don’t receive the letter and I always call and it’s a new story I’m so frustrated I can’t do anything
