Deliberate sabotage by Telkom on small business.

Telkom is absolutely sabotaging my business. Is my conclusion. Why else would my line still not be working. It is a shame that this is how they decide to win this game. By purposefully sabotaging a business line. No matter how many times they come out to fix my line it is not fixed. Now when i log a fault report they do not accept a report from my business. This is neglect and shameful How can they stoop so low. Just fix it. It might be that i run a recruitment business that they feel they should not fix the line and make it impossible for me to conduct proper business over the phone. It is so bad that even my cell phone calls are clearer and result in me keeping contact with clients and candidates. Maybe if i was a bigger business then they would respond. Heck who knows. But the level of deliberateness of this has not escaped me in the least. Not professional and not helpful. Why do they exist????????
