Deliberate neglect to cancel landline (so as to keep invoicing)

Dear Telkom

You better get this mess sorted out asap or else I will open a case at the SA Police Services for *****.

1. On 29 Nov 2017 my ISP Mweb submitted a cancellation request for my telkom physical copper line. 2. On 30 Nov 2017 telkom accepted request with Ref.No. 183 198 432A 3. I ALSO submitted an online cancellation request on 29 Nov 2017 (same date as Mweb) with ref no. **********

THIS MEANT THAT telkom NOW HAD TWO CANCELLATION REQUESTS WHICH WERE BOTH ACKNOWLEDGED WITH REFERENCE NUMBERS.

However, the telkom line is still active. Why? Because telkom doesn't want to cancel it so that it can **********ly keep invoicing me (it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that out)

The telkom online customer service lady Tenelle Sherri stated that Mweb submitted a cancellation request on 4 Jan 2017 which is false according to Mweb. Guess who is more believable - telkom or Mweb?

She says I now have submit ANOTHER cancellation request which would be the THIRD CANCELLATION REQUEST. How many more request would you like telkom? They all seem to get ignored anyway so that you can keep on invoicing me.

To summarise: You better cancel my line WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT AND reverse the invoice amounts. Failure to do so will result a case of ***** getting opened.
