Deleted Telkom Email/WEBMAIL

Hello,<br> <br> 2 weeks ago, Monday already, we woke up to out telkom email account having been completely deleted.<br> Received errors when trying to access webmail and finally once it was working, saw a completely empty and reset mailbox.<br> <br> Mails are working now, but we have lost years worth of emails.<br> <br> Call centers are providing no help whatsoever and any attempt at getting the emails restored or any help<br> has just vanished into a myriad of attempts at opening a stupport case that either goes no where or is logged as ADSL faults. Attempts at getting escalations also - no call backs from supervisors at all?!?!?!<br> <br> Could anyone assist us please? We are at a complete loss finally and quite shocked, since we have been with Telkom for years.
