Delays with device from telkom

on the 12th of October I app**** for a new contract with telkom, they did not have the device I wanted and was told this will be outsourced and I will receive the device in 3 weeks.

I called them to follow up on this and was advised that the device was only outsourced on the 24th October and I need to wait longer.

This is unacceptable, I want my device by Friday or I am cancelling.
