DELAYS IN REFUNDING ME MY DEPOSIT MONEY BACK

I Just need someone from Telkom to contact me and give me my refund, I have been going to the branch in Claremont, Cavendish Mall Cape Town since early August asking for my refund, every time i go there, i am told "Someone who has to deal with your case has not started with it" it has been over 3 weeks now, and i still do not have my refund. I was asked to pay 30% upfront to get a contract cellphone, i paid it in July. Due to unforeseen circumstances i can not take the cellphone and now they are dragging to refund me. I even called the call center, they lady said it has been escalated from management there's nothing she can do. Contacted the social media team, i was told "The back office is dealing with your case", i am always told of the turnaround time of 72hrs and next thing nothing is done and no one is communicating anything to me. Worst part, i am told there is no central email, been in chat with the lady who works at Carvendish Branch through her personal work email, i even feel like i spam her email, because it seems like Telkom does not want to refund me. All i want is my money back.
