Delayed upgrade
I went to telkom to upgrade my contract. i have been waiting for about a month and i am the one constantly checking up on the progress of my upgrade but the service provider does not contact me to keep me updated or at least inform me. thinking of cancelling and changing service providers this service is totally uncalled for.
