Delayed service but quick for deductions

I have had it with telkom - I placed an order for wifi, hear nothing for 2 weeks, finally get a call to say the application was pre-approved, then more silence and all of a sudden i get an sms for delivery, after I've made how many requests and sent through emails and call back requests. So I cancelled the order, and now I am getting statements to be paid for something I've never used. I thought this was sorted when everything was closed off but now another statement to be debited on 31 December!! I am so tired of having to call in everytime and ask what is going on and to have this **** removed from my name. DO NOT MAKE ANY DEDUCTIONS FROM MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE I WILL NOT PAY FOR SOMETHING I DON'T HAVE!!!!!
