Delayed Refund from Telkom

@TelkomZA This is my case number ***1 lodged on 08 August 2023 regarding my refund. I then received SMS indicating the case has been resolved on 15 August 2023. It been 14th days and I haven’t received my refund. When I am going to be refunded on this case number ***1? From the 15th of August 2023 to 04th of September 2023 is more than the 5 to 10 working days because now is the 14th day.
