Delayed refund

On 31 January 2022 I made a manual payment of R and on the same day that same amount was debited.

After numerous calls and emails, I am yet to received my refund.

I was told by one of your agents that this will be kept as a credit for my next bill, says who??? that is my money and I am entitled to get it back.

Till this day I am waiting for my refund.

Pathetic service!
