Delayed Data Bundle Recharge and Poor Customer Service

For the past couple of weeks I've realised that most of the time when I purchase data bundles money gets deducted from my bank account, however, the data bundles are not loaded immediately. Instead I received a message stating, " Dear valued customer, we received your recharge request and apologize for the processing delay . Your reference number is[*****] kind regards Telkom. Now my problem is that the delay can take hours and hours and that causes so much inconvenience, as a result I end up using the airtime to access the Internet. Today, I tried contacting the call centre on 180, however, I received ********** service from the call centre agents. The first one it was lady, I explained to her whats been happening, she confirmed that there is a problem but she will like to confirm something and then she hung up the phone without taking my contact details. I then called again now a guy answered the call, tried to explain to him and he was just defensive and didn't give me a chance to explain my problem fully. I realised that I was not going to receive any help from this guy, I then requested to speak to his supervisor/manager, he asked me why I want to speak to his superior then started asking for a whole lot of information. I got irate and hung up the phone. I am extremely upset about this incident and I would like Telkom to reimburse my R39.50 bank into my bank account and confirm the outstanding balance on my contract phone so that I can settle it and move to another mobile network provider. If there is a technical problem, why doesn't Telkom send a communication to all their customers so that we are aware of the problem before we even purchase the data bundles. I feel they are reactive and proactive and their customer service is very poor. Irate client!
