Delayed customer service

Our telkom lines have been down for the past days. We have reported it numerous times now, following up with the reference numbers given by yourselves. My dad is 65 and went to see you personally only to get another reference number and still no one has come out to fix the telkom line. My mom is a Frontline worker, she has patients that need to phone her on her land-line in case of emergencies which we now can't use because no one has yet come out to fix the problem. It's been days now.

Your service is shocking to say the least!!! Very very disappointed...
