Delayed contract cancellation

On the 27th of March I email through the Request for Contract Cancellation form and gave my 21 working days notice, (according to Telkoms Terms and conditions) for my contract to be cancelled and it has been long overdue. Up until today I have not heard a single thing from TM. Every time I inquire I am just told that feedback will be provided as soon as it becomes available. My contact expired on Sunday the 17th of April. I have in the mean time sent through the cancellation forms again on the 29th of April at the Telkom store at Westgate Shopping Centre. I need ***istance asap as this is becoming a problem. I do not have network coverage at home or at work. Telkom can you please ***ist me with the cancellation of my contract? It's not asking to much.
