Delay yet great service

We arrived at 10:49. Selected s ticket to wait in the queue. Up to now 11:30 still no service rendered. There are insufficient seats for the elderly, infirm or pregnant women to sit on. What needs commending is the staff who are polite. Pearl Ngconco and Brandon Hughes have been amazing.Please sort out the queue system as well as time taken to assist customers.
