DELAY IN RECONNECTION

I cannot believe, that Telkom would just suspend account during this allready stresfull time. We pay every month, but did not notice a build up of the little bit we paid short. Anyhow, no problem, paid immediately, and no reconnection yet. Bull**** that "the system reconnects automatically" there is NO WAY my payment is not reflecting on their side yet. So, no the kids cant even catch up on the 2 days lost over the weekend, still not connected. What a ****ty move on Telkoms part.
