Delay in fixing a fault.

<p>We have been sitting with a fault for up to 2 months. Telkom just doesn't have an interest in fixing it urgently. Every callcentre agent tells me a different story by saying there have been technicians dispatched. Still after all this time, it isn't fixed.</p>
