De*****ed by Telkom employees

Somebody took a contract under my name and a huge amount was taken out of my account. I reported the case to the Telkom ***** department and was told that they are working on it, subsequent to that, nobody came back to me to update me of the progress. They kept on sending me statements that I owe Telkom a certain amount of money. I went to the branch in Boksburg and gave them all the required documents, received an sms to confirm that my case has been resolved, unfortunately I still received a statement, when I called one of their call center personnel to understand what is happening with the case, she could not give me an answer, she sent an email to the ***** department and did not want to forward me the email she said she has sent. I hope Telkom is aware that they are dealing with people and their lives.
