In January i went to a Telkom store at Trade route Mall and bought a Huawei Nova 9 which was suppose to come with Freelace ear phones which i never received went to the store twice already and the ladies there could not seem less interested with my complaint.

I have now waited for 3 months i mean really 3 months for headphones that is honestly unfair to as a client as they keep on telling me about a back log had they told me before they sold me the phone i would have taken a different phone.

I am not happy about this as it is a huge inconvenience on my part
