DEFINITELY NOT THE BEST SERVICE PROVIDER
I do agree with Vodacom that Telkom is not the best service provider.
I signed up for a new fiber line to be installed and it has been 2 weeks and I still have no connection. I have been transferred from 1 department to the next, not knowing that these calls are not free calls, are going to cost me an arm and a leg. How will we ever be able to move out of a third world country if the service providers keep us from growing.
AND I AM STILL NOT CONNECTED!!!!
