DEFECT PRODUCTS

<p>I am very upset with telkom for not refudning me or exchanging the broken phone cover as i spent an arm and a leg on that cover and then they have the nerve to tell me there is no warrenty , well thats unacceptable because i am a customer and i am unhappy and i paid alot for that sh*t service from telkom i feel like taking it further.</p> <p> </p> <p>i am certain that the ombudsman wouldlove to hear this.</p>
