Defeated telkom

Last month I made payment to telkom and they still processed the debit order. I called them requesting a reversal and was told I would have my cashback weeks ago. Reversal has not been processed but my account is blocked. Called the call Centre spoke to Nompumelo Dlamini who was so ***********, when I ask for a supervisor told that there is no one and she doesn't even know the complaints process. She was not even the first spoke to another consultant before her pity didn't get the name and she was worse. My account is blocked don't even know why now need to be chasing after telkom meanwhile they get there money monthly. I had initially told the consultant that if I will gsf my reversal monthend that he shouldn't process it but guess what it's monthend they want cash from me but they haven't paid me back case ***4
