Defaulted for unknown account
I recently found out that I have an account with Telkom from 2011 and eventually was defaulted due to non payment. I apparently owe R5K and this was for a Blackberry phone. When I call to enquire about it, I am told to provide an affidavit in order for them to investigate. This is reflecting bad on my name for something I don't know and I need it sorted out so i can carry on with my life!
