Default Judgment Threat for an Account I’ve Been Paying!

Telkom, this is unacceptable!

I’m receiving legal threats and default judgment notices for R169.90 on my account even though I’ve been paying every single month without fail. I have proof of recent payments (R83.95 on 31 May & 2 June 2025).

You handed my account to NuDebt and exposed my personal info—a POPIA violation!

I was told not to cancel because it would be more expensive—so I continued paying. Now you’re threatening me with court?

Fix this immediately, clear my name, recall the account from collections, and stop this harassment
