Deeply disgusted with Telkom Cape Gate

Staff service - horrible. 7 open counters. One rep at the door and two others just sitting behind a computer. I had no idea how the ticket system worked since people are randomly helped in the line, whether they were behind my boyfriend and I or in front. They we're literally sitting behind the computer waiting for time to pass and telling us to wait for our number to be called. Why we had to wait when they weren't even busy was not explained. This was our second consecutive day at Telkom, Cape Gate, lower level and twice our time was wasted. I truly hope everyone else who walked out there brings this to your attention.
