Deeply disappointed and dissatisfied!!!!

I recently lost my cellphone and today I decided to get a sim swap. The network that I use is telkom. I went to the telkom kiosk in Atlantis, and the consultant I spoke to told me that a sim swap cost R50.

Apparently if I want a sim card which is R5 then I must take an additional sim card and pay for the data package which ever one I choose, cheapest one R49.

This is just outrages!!!. I worked as a cellular consultant for several years and I know for a fact that a data deal will never be compulsary as these consultants make it out to be. And if telkom forces their customers to take data deals that they do not want then its a service provider that I do not want to use anymore.

Its so sad how people take advantage of other peoples needs. I am deeply disappointed!!!!!!
