DEDUCTIONS ON MY ACCOUNT

I have 5 accounts with Telkom, and never had any problem since I've been with them, until the problem started in April when I inquired about 1 of my ****** device, and the phone was moved to prepaid, and I was supposed to pay it in full, however by that time I didn't have money, I then requested for the amount to be paid in 3 installments I called Telkom in October mid month, wanting to know the TOTAL balance that I was owing , the lady who was assisting, she then Confirmed R10k with couple of rands. that amount was paid via eft. I was surprise to see that days after that, I was debited R8.5k from Telkom. I trying calling the center but with no success, knowing Telkom with their service, I then reversed the money from My bank, what ANNOYED ME THE MOST, THEY WENT BANK TO MY ACCOUNT TO DEDUCT THIS PAST weekend on the 20th. I then called I and spoke to Xoliswa who was so *********** that she didn't know the importance of customer service she went far as realising the call as she couldn't give me answers amount My account. THEN I spoke to Siviwe, who tried to assist and also couldn't give assistance and also advise there is a lot of outsourcing call centers as I wanted to speak to Xoliswa. WHEN I CAN AS CLIENT I DONT WANT TO BE TOLD OF OUTSOURCING COMPANY. I CALL TELKOM AND WANT TO BE ASSISTED AS TELKOM CLIENT . I'm now told I'm owing +- 3k including this month installment. please answer these: 1.I want to know who should pay the the overdue amount, as i know my account was paid in full and I'm proceeding with my monthly installment. I'm NOT GOING to pay for negligence of a person who was not willing to assist, who COULD NOT explain in full what was owed on the account but was in a hurry to end my call 2. who changed my debit order FROM THE 1st TO THE 2OTH. 2. after HOW MAY MONTHS ARE YOU HANDING OVER THE ACCOUNT TO COLLECTIONS, BECAUSE MY ACCOUNT WAS LESS THAN 30 DAYS IN ERRORS.

PLEASE GET BACK TO ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, AS MY PATIENCE IS WEARING OUT FOR THE SERVICE I HAVE BEEN RECEIVING FROM TELKOM AS SERVICE PROVIDER AND IT'S SERVICE CONSULTANTS
