Deduction

I have a contract with telkom they are not deducting, and I called them several time to tell them that they my must deduct, the people I spoke said that they will deduct, come end of the month still they are not deducting the next they will blacklist my profile, I'm tired of calling them and to hear their lies cause they keep on telling me that they will deduct but still they are not deducting. I gave then my bank details and deduction date the must kindly do me a favor and deduct their money cause I don't have time to deposit that is why I gave them my bank details
